A trip to a legendary ruins such as Machu Picchu may be a normal travelers dream. Well, that is one of my dreams. That is why I envy those people like the Englishman from New York because he got to visit these heritage sites.

One of the ruins he has visited is Machu Picchu, that ancient city settled on top of a mountain ridge. Check out his blog to see pictures of the ancient city.

Peru's greatest treasure and one of the world's most historic heritages, the Machu Picchu, is not a world-famous destination for nothing. It's rich with history and mystery. Who would think of putting up an ancient city on top of a mountain, anyway? Here's a video of Machu Picchu from one blogger. It's pretty short, but the view on the background is just astounding.
