What inspired you to launch your own website?

To promote our place as the best short term rental available in Lima

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Not too hard to describe our place

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

The views and size of our apartment are no match to others. Is like staying in a 5 star hotel but at a fraction of the cost.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To spend more time in our place. We decided to do short term rentals while not occupied by us. This has been great, we had awesome previous guests, now friends. Everyone that stayed in our place is happy.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

We bought this unit for personal use, not for investment. We block the dates for personal use. We enjoy to decorate it, promote it. It has been very successful because we planned it for us. It really feels like home

don't know, not there

Coordination from overseas

subscription on different vacation rental sites, mostly freebies
