That is why I envy those people like the Englishman from New York because he got to visit these heritage sites.One of the ruins he has visited is Machu Picchu, that ancient city settled on top of a mountain ridge.  Exactly to whom does ancient treasures belong to? To the country where it originated, or the country of its discoverer?The Peruvian certainly think it's the former. Last September, Kirotv.com reported a story about the Peruvian government's demand for Yale University to return the Machu Picchu treasures taken by Yale professors back in 1911.  Peru's greatest treasure and one of the world's most historic heritages, the Machu Picchu, is not a world-famous destination for nothing. It's rich with history and mystery.
