Peru Cuisine in Three Parts

The Mateo, named after its owner, is a first rate restaurant that specializes in seafood.

Of its many dishes served here, it seems the tiradito is the most favored, as it is served in three distinct flavors. What it is is fish cut into three parts, each receiving its own sauce.

If that dish doesn't entice you enough, the site even has some back history on the restaurant and the owner.
